Primary Objective of Position:
Under minimal direction, maintain connectivity to remotely retrieve and analyze data provided from Multiphase Meter devices to produce accurate and detailed customer driven reports regarding metering performance at installed locations throughout North & South America. Drive growth and customer loyalty for Roxar multiphase meter products and services through application & technical support and assisting in field service activities.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Continually develop understanding of MPFM required to support device connectivity for retrieval of flow data, either remotely or on-site, from installed MPFM base devices to analyze and generate accurate and detailed reports specific to flow measurement devices performance.
Provide MPFM operational evaluation and suggest appropriate maintenance and/or preventative maintenance that optimize device performance through device performance evaluation, producing comprehensive reports and leveraging customer collaboration teams.
Quickly escalate unresolved device performance issues to the appropriate Engineering Support resources with detailed data analysis to engage & assist with arriving at a solution for the customer.
Develop, document and support training for technical, application and sales resources in cooperation with cross-functional departments designed for building industry expertise specific to Roxar multiphase meters.
Assist and/or direct field testing and trials of devices at strategic accounts when appropriate.
Provide timely and regular feedback to Engineering and Marketing with documented customer experience reports to drive continuous product performance improvement.
Lead and drive cross-functional Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) teams that improve MPFM support throughout the organization following the prescribed escalation processes, local and global work instructions.
Develop, share and maintain an understanding of competitor offerings at a technical, and application level specifically to leverage Roxar MPFM pros and appropriately manage any technological and performance challenges.
Customer focus, serving as a technical and application product liaison for customers from presales through product end of life.
Proven excellent communication skills, both written and oral, delivering detailed analytical data, Tier 2 device troubleshooting, and Tier 3 application support at all levels of customer and organizational levels.
Demonstrated attention to detail and critical thinking.
Demonstrated Leadership, Systems Thinking, Planning and execution (Tactical and Strategic) skills.
Proven advanced presentations skills required.
Proven to be comfortable balancing multiple priorities and have a bias for action to deliver results on time while often working within a team environment.
3 years of verifiable experience in oil field reservoir management preferred. Must have proven track record of production measurement experience in the oil and gas industry and/or process industries, process automation, systems and instrumentation and/or Computer and/or Software Sciences.
Experience in multiphase measurement is a plus
Bachelor’s degree required (Petroleum Engineering or Computer/Software Science related field preferred)
