To continue the growth of the E&P; advisory, Exebenus wants to hire expert colleagues who bring complementary skillsets acquired through digitalization- and operational oil & gas experience.Exebenus’ new Senior Advisor will work in the Advisory department and give advice related to the optimization of oil & gas production from the boundary of the reservoir through the process facility to the export system, including subsea installations and flowlines. The Senior Advisor’s main task will be to lead or participate in projects aiming to increase operational efficiency through analysis of the entire production process, locating obstacles/bottlenecks and recommend how to improve it using real time data, digital tools and solutions. The Advisor could also assist clients in setting up systems to improve their financial monitoring and cost-benefit analyses.You will need to have an E&P; production background, either as process/automation or production/petroleum engineer. A background with handling uncertainty, and how to identify and manage risk, would be favourable. We do not expect you to be an IT expert or a SW programmer, but you must have some experience using available production software and be interested in what IT and data management can (and cannot) do, and what challenges and opportunities digitalization brings about.Duties and responsibilities: Provide advice to clients in the oil & gas industry regarding the improvement of production processes using digital solutions. Lead or participate in Exebenus’ customer teams or enter as a standalone advisor. Develop product offerings and methodology delivering value to clients. Develop presentation materials for sales, quotations, and tender responses.Preferred background and skills: 10-15 years’ experience from E&P; production operations.Having worked with an oil company organisation in a consultancy role is an advantage. Interested in software and data management.Relevant education at MSc level.
