Our client, a private, well funded, stable and growing EP operating company is seeking a 10+ year experienced geologist to work as a development geologist with emphasis on helping their reserves team evaluate, map and recommend reserve valuations for their producing assets in the Gulf Coast. Company is very active in drilling, workovers and surface facility improvements/optimization to improve their production and fully and fairly evaluate their oil and gas reserves.

Ideal experience would include development geology in Gulf Coast and or GoM Shelf producing fields. Experience in Corporate planning or corporate reserves in an EP operator is highly desired.

Requirements for success include:

BS in Geology, MS Preferred
10+ years' U.S. Gulf Coast or GoM Shelf Field Development
Excellent Mapping Skills/experience
Petrel software exp. preferred
Experience in Corporate Reserves or Corporate planning preferred
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Residency required
Great teamwork/communication skills mandatory
Ability to present/defend ideas with data and persuasiveness required
