* For best results, please attach your full resumeCSI Recruiting is working with a Tulsa Upstream oil & gas company in their immediate need for an experienced Corporate Reserves Engineer to spearhead the company’s reserves reporting and SEC compliance.This Corporate Reserves Engineer will report directly to the company’s C-Level Management and will be THE key member of a team that coordinates the year-end reserves process and quarterly updates, ensures reserves compliance with all regulations.The position will interface with asset teams and third-party reserve auditors, will monitor and analyze reserve changes, track economic inputs, and prepare reconciliations and reports for senior management, managers of accounting, financial auditors, the SEC.Ideal candidates will have a proven history of applying technical reservoir engineering skills, assessing proven and unproven reserves, applying pertinent SEC/SPEE reserves guidelines, coordinating cross functional projects, and collaborating with a wide variety of disciplines and consultants*Coordinate fiscal year-end reserves process and quarterly updates from the company’s asset teamsEnsure reserves compliance with all regulations, and stay informed of changes and developmentsReview internal (Proved, Probable, and Possible) reserve evaluations and coordinate data transfer and comparisons with 3rd party reserve auditors for annual auditMonitor and analyze reserve changes, based on production performance and drilling and workover activities, including revisions, additions, and develops, as well as acquisitions and divestituresUnfortunately, at this time Reservoir Engineers without proven experience in Corporate Reserves will not be considered for this role.QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree required in Petroleum Engineering or other Engineering discipline with appropriate professional experienceMinimum 10 years of experience, primarily focused in corporate reserves for domestic US oil & gas companiesMicrosoft Office proficiency requiredAries economics and reserves software proficiency requiredSmall company and/or Private Equity experience would be preferred.**We may have a similar role in Denver as well#IND123Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Upstream Corporate Reserves: 10 yearsEducation:Bachelor'sLocation:Tulsa, OK
