This level provides the highest level of technnical expertise in soft rock completions for the most complex and risky reservoir situations. The profitability of Halliburton and the assigned client base is maximized through technology, cross-PSL applications, integrated solutions, SIGMA, reservoir simulations, and superior sales abilities. Decisions and recommendations are recognized as authoritave and have a far reaching impact on engineering, sales, and related company activities. Advanced and multiple design models are used to optimize the completion process and a full understanding of the total completion is used to sell the full range of Halliburton completion services. May perform advisory and consulting work for the organization as a recognized authority in soft rock completions. This individual is also recognized by a large contingent of the local industry community as an expert. At this level, the individual generally will have developed inventions or new designs, processes, or techniques which greatly contribute to the company and client success. Typical requirements include an undergraduate degree in engineering and a minimum of 10 years experience with average experience of 15+ years, or industry experience of 20+ years. Incumbents at this level will typically hold a certification as a Licensed/Chartered Professional Engineer.
