The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing development plans and identifying acquisition targets. The position will be responsible for the identification and evaluation of existing capital projects, as well as identifying A&D; opportunities. Permian, Rockies and Mid Con experience would be desired .The company emphasized the need for strong acquisitions evaluations experience i n a high volume environment in addition to background working with LOTS OF DATA - strong data analytics. If you do not have this experience, please include the exact experience in your cover letter.At this time, the company is only looking at local Denver candidates.Responsibilities:Identify and evaluate capital projects in existing fields (downspacing, recompletes, expansion projects)Develop production profiles based on prior well EURs and tie to OOIP & recovery factor assumptionsParticipation in data room evaluations.Present opportunities to executives.Requirements:8-15 year total industry experienceKnowledge of related disciplines (geology, petrophysics, drilling, completions, facilities…)Acquisition and divestiture experienceStrong presentation skillsGood team communicationProficient in Excel and AriesOFM experience a plusExposure to secondary and tertiary recoveryAt this time, the company is only looking at local Denver candidates.
