It would be more efficient if you just emailed me directly with your resume so we can keep in touch and possibly find something else for you doug at csirecruiting.comCSI Recruiting is working with an established and respected E&P; company in the Dallas area in their need to hire a 15-20 year experienced Operations/Production Engineer with a background working with onshore, domestic US, unconventional asset experience.The Ops/Production Engineer will report directly to the VP of Engineer and will be responsible for actively managing the production, costs, cash flow, and capital investment for a regional portfolio of the company’s wells. The Operations Engineer will work actively with field personnel to optimize operations and enhance well productivity.The Operations Engineer will manage his/her portfolio of assets and have a broad range of responsibilities including:Develop lease profitability, production, and cost targets.Assist field personnel to achieve production and cost targets.Work with engineering tech to optimize chemical program and well production testing system.Engineer the optimization of waterflood operations including: surface facilities, chemical program, and injection pattern balancing.Collaborate with field personnel, research vendor selection, engineer drilling and completion operations at the company’s ongoing development program, and assist with regulatory filings.Optimize completion designs including acidizing and frac stimulations by providing insight and oversight of outside service vendors.Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and recommend capital investment projects within his/her asset portfolio.Coordinate with company regulatory analyst to obtain drilling, salt water disposal, and other state regulatory filings.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering15-20 years total of professional experience working within an active E&P; company in an Operations Engineer or Production Engineer role.7+ years of experience working with domestic, onshore conventional oil assetsSuperior work ethic and integrity#IND123Job Type: Full-timeExperience:domestic US onshore ops/production: 10 years (Required)working for an E & P operator (not contract or service comp): 10 years (Required)Education:Bachelor's (Required)Job Location:Dallas, TX (Preferred)
